Yam Cake

Finally managed to try out the recipe for yam cake just before Chinese New Year.
Saw a demo over tv programme the other day and tried to make the carrot cake following the instructions given in the programme. Of course, knowing me, I've twisted the recipes a little and so you can see the end product from the picture on the right. Hee.... hee....
Family tried and say the taste is good but there's still room for improvement. Shall wait for best pal Vonn and her hubby to try and then collate all the feedback and see how I can modify the recipe further to improve. But my mum said that for a 1st attempt, considered quite good already. So I'm rather happy!!!
